Working as the IT Support Lead of Sri Lanka for all Manufacturing Plants while managing the Covered Elastomeric Yarn plant’s information and communication technology.
- Lead IT Support for all manufacturing plants in Sri Lanka.

- Studying all areas of the ERP System (EPICOR) and doing modifications to the ERP with the assistance of Global Development Team of Stretch line.
- Consulting the users of the ERP with the assistance of the Global Development Team, for a better process flow in the plant.
- Operational Support for the entire plant for using EPICOR ERP while sort out daily issues related with Functional and Technical aspects of the ERP.
- Participate in decision-making to optimize and improve technology management.
- Level 1 and Level 2 support for the Hardware and Network issues at the plant.
- Maintain Help Desk and related Documentation. (Change Request, SRS, Functional Documents, UAT)
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes.
- Management assistance for all sections of the entire production process. (Coordination, Business Process Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis etc.)
