IT Coordinator - - (June 2020 - June 2022)

  • Involved in maintaining information technology and is responsible for performing both administrative and technical tasks to ensure efficiency and functionalities of computer systems, instituting IT protocols to be used across IT department or projects; providing technical support, installing and configuring software and hardware systems, performing troubleshooting tasks, monitoring network and system performance, performing maintenance tasks, upgrading license and collaborating with various other professionals to uphold standards and functionality.
  • Maintained and administered the computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Performed daily operations including administration of EMAIL & Company CRM IDs; Chat BOT configuration (Multiple countries); Mobile & PDA applications managing; PBX/ SIP Trunk Call center management (Multiple countries); 24/7 emergency support (10 Countries) & Identify incidents, analyze, give remote support and raise tickets to different projects in the Ticketing system in user communities from all branches; Server, VPN, Biometric, CCTV, Wi-Fi & network administration.
  • Provided technical support on and solve routine issues promptly per the department’s Service Level Agreement.
  • Researched and selected IT equipment according to company needs, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
