Specialist (Senior Engineer) - Operations Support System Architect - Dialog Axiata PLC - (November 2022 – Present)

Responsible for operation and maintenance of OSS consists of OWS platform and Inventory Manager and Workhub24 platform.
Provide support for application, system related matters experienced by users within SLA and coordinate with vendors to resolve them. Lead the organization business process related workflow development and deployment and manage changes.

Generate ad-hoc reports on request of management to support decision making related specific network issues using database knowledge and reporting tools & Data warehousing architectures (tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
NBI/SBI integration and modification for network monitoring and diagnosis.
