Project Leader - Datamation Systems (Pvt) Ltd -(August 2019 – Present)

  • Responsible for analyzing needs of the business and its customers and coming up with solutions to business problems. Involve to managing of multiple small and large scale of ERP projects and managing the work from initial request through estimation, approval, requirements,
    building, testing and implementation.

IT Help Desk Technician - LOLC Technologies - (August 2016 – September 2023)

  • Serve as the first point of contract for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. Follow-up and update customer status and information.
