Providing real time-critical infrastructure monitoring and administration.
Performing L1 support tasks within the timelines agreed, with the support of correct use of systems/tools/resources, etc.
Escalate and liaise with third-party application teams for application issue resolution.
Help Desk functions including manning support hotline, attending. support desk emails and logging tickets.
