Team Lead - Network Support Specialist / Network Engineer
IBM -  (Octomber 2014 - Present)

Network Administration Tasks for the Network Management Environment or Network Operations Center (NOC) used to manage the clients' networks For a network management environment. Perform second level support for the installation, implementation, customization and operation of the
environment. This includes overseeing and acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the activation of tools, asset recording, testing of management systems/appliances in reaching network devices. Coordinate the recovery from outages. Analyze and assess performance enhancements and
recommend performance tuning actions. Act as SME in the escalation process. Develop and document change management procedures and updates based on feedback from client issues and Level 1 experiences following established change management procedures.

Team Lead - Network Engineer

  • As a Team Lead I am responsible for supporting team members and overseeing the day to day workflow of the Networks Support calls , support Network, Wireless, Security and Unified Communications products and services for end clients .Strong understanding of the LAN (Routing and switching) infrastructure.
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.

    dialing (FXO) and many other features.
  • Deploy and Support for High availability Cisco 6500 , 4500.
  • IOS upgrade and implement best practices for access layer with advance security features.
  • Support cisco 3850 , cisco 3750, cisco 2960, Nexus 9k , 7k , 5k platform, Cisco MDS Fabric san switches upgrade and configurations.
  • Secured client Wireless Networks using encryption and redeployed their WiFi equipment for proper signal and usage hence improving their bandwidth and productivity.

System Engineer - Eunka - (September 2013 - September 2014)

  • In Eunka I am responsible for supporting equipment in a Microsoft Windows and Cisco, from design through implementation and support.
