Great Compute Solution (MSP) - (December 2020 – January 2022)

  • Provide the technical support for incoming queries in Connect Wise ticketing system. Interact with user according to ticket and fix the problem remotely using screen connect.
  • Providing L1 Remote support to the various clients in Chicago according to CST Resolving the Users issue regarding the Printer, Password reset, O365,

  • Configure the MFA against the new joiners mobile Devices.

Executive desktop support - Nielsen - ((June 2014 –December  2020)

  • Provide technical support for incoming queries in Service Now related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Supervised entire networking project of 400+ nodes and ensure proper functioning of each along with vendor team.
