Assistant Manager: Infrastructure Services - Jaykay Marketing Services - (Jul 2019 - Present)

  • Acting as an Assistant Manager infrastructure services, supporting the operations of Keells supermarket chain and HO network
  • Drive the root cause analysis/incident post-mortem and produce the RCA and CAPA (Corrective and preventative actions) documentation within SLA
