Data Analyst - Finance Operations - MAS Legato - (2021 - Present)

Analyze finance related data using statistical techniques. Interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
Identify key indicator of cost saving or areas performance can be improved.
Create management dashboard using Power Bi to track operational performance.
Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics & other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency & quality.
Collect, filter, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of financial information with attention to detail and
accuracy.
SLAs/KPIs/BOIs/Volumes - Setting the framework/baselining/ reporting/monitoring.
Launching customer satisfaction surveys and analysing the results to come up with relevant actions to be taken to improve the same.

Associate - Finance Operations -General Ledger -MAS Legato (2020 - 2021)

Provide General Ledger support and analysis including period end financial closure responsibilities.
Monitor Journal entry team to ensure Journal entries and Bank reconciliation entries are posted in an accurate and timely manner.
Journal Entry Initiation for Monthly Provisions and Salaries.
Prepare accurate and timely month end reporting in compliance with corporate requirements.
Prepare Monthly Inter – Company reconciliation and follow up on resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
Responsible for monthly exchange run analysis.
Prepare Bi-Annual consolidation and provide necessary management information reports for decision making.

Junior Associate - Finance Operations - Accounts Receivable - MAS Legato (2018 - 2020)

Monitor customer accounts to identify discrepancies for delayed payments and drive the implementation of corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation of follow up efforts.
Carrying out comprehensive analysis of a business unit's receivables and collection mechanism including ageing analysis, identifying opportunities to improve and streamlining the monitoring process.
Review Reconciliation prepared by team members and take corrective action to clear outstanding balances.
Provide ad-hoc information to business, auditors and senior management.
