Field Support Engineer - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - (January 2022 - Present)

  • Client: ADNOC
    Products & Services: Dell Server, HP Server, POS machine, Back-office server, Printers,
    scanners, PPT/IPT/DIPT, RAID Configuration, FORTINITE Firewall, External WAP, Internal
    WAP, CISCO routers and switches.

    • Diagnose, resolve and update or reinstallation for faulty DIPT (Dispenser Integrated Payment
      Terminal) for non-cash payment such as ADNOC App, contactless card RFID, Emirates ID and
      bank Cards to ADNOC service station fuelling devices.
    • Diagnose ADNOC faulty payment VeriFone devices (VX680, VX520 & V240m) resolve issues
      and update if required.
    • Installation or Update of new VeriFone devices and Tablets for Adnoc petrol Stations.
    • Creating image backup and recovery for servers and POS for Adnoc by using Acronis true image.
    • Installing, troubleshooting Petro Point Fleet+ (Petro Scan) & Configuring of RFID for Vehicles to use such as Smart Tag for the Petrol Tank for vehicles
    • Basic configuration of Firewall, installing Network Switch & Access Points that use in each Adnoc Stations (FORTINET) & (CISCO). Troubleshooting of UPC, replacing of Batteries as well.
    • Troubleshooting, data backup and windows & software installations for Laptops, Desktops for Customers and also for Diyar employees.
    • Create reports for faulty equipment's and forward to responsible team.
    • Responsible for checking and resolving different types of equipment which comes to service centre
