Installation & Troubleshoot of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner other IT equipment.
Network Support for client system with workgroup and Domain,
VPN client configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic support for network devices like Router, Switch etc.
Installation and Configure of internet device like Adsl or Dsl.
Maintain server according to guidance as well as working with active directory user, groups and other role of server like dhcp , dns
Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop Computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Work on Ticketing tool, resolved trouble ticket in mentioned SLA
Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation system
Trains and orients staff on use of hardware and software.
Assists in maintaining LAN/WAN records and, as appropriate, telephone systems cable.
Basic Knowledge of Server & Cloud Computing as well as Devops tools
