Develop Ai solutions for Citi and perform model building, staging and deployment in cloud infrastructure domain to forecast billing cycles and visualize infra usage/Cloud Spend analytics through analytics.

Engineer - Smart Manufacturing (System of intelligence) Reliance Industries Ltd, Reliance corporate park Ghansoli - (November 2018 – April 2022)

Developing advanced analytic solutions, testing and deploying them for process plants. Lead data acquisition and extraction, data management and apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques.
Coordination with key stakeholders at manufacturing sites and CoE for implementation and embedding new technical solutions, coordinate with partner/vendor for project execution.
Defining project charter and implementation plan. Develop project proposals for management approval and budget. Manage projects within the allocated budget and resources available.
Data pre-processing, building predictive/prescriptive models and implementation of model in live environment along with design of data visualization dashboards.

Co-developed and deployed automation projects (LifeCyclePlan and Advisory) to automate the tedious repetitive compliance tasks to a single click of a button on the designed dashboard , generating email reports and results as per the user requirement.
Co-Developed a diagnostic model to determine the run length of a furnace in cracking based on its CPR value using exponential smoothing algorithm, Designed its dashboard which shows real time prediction on the run days left until decoking.
Visualisation tool developed for OT cyber security compliance score for RIL networks based on health monitoring and system generated alert reports.
Furnace decoking efficiency monitoring tool co-developed to monitor real-time trends and deviations from the standard operating procedure.
Analytics on controller loop status with access based alert mail alerts to the stake holders, configured.

Manager - Instrumentation Reliability and Control system,HPIB/PRU Refinery RILJamnagar - (July 2016 - Octomber 2018)

Planning construction and coordination in commissioning of HT motor systems in a new plant facility.
Commissioned F&G system and tested for all the associated safety logics in PLC.
Wet loop testing and DCS complex logic testing and PLC Shut down test completed during commissioning.
Instrumentation Device calibration and testing done before start up.
Managed instrumentation daily reliability routine maintenance activities post start up.
Ensure 2 Year spares maintained as per the SOP, SAP compliance of work orders for Preventive maintenance and manage a team of technicians for emergency plant handling.
