Developed JD-CV matching to assist recruitment team for shortlisting candidates for a vacancy and ranking of profile. Extracting Entities (Personal details, College names, Qualification, Organization names), and Skills. Performed clustering based on profile. Reduced time to close a position by 10%.
Developed Course Recommender System to recommend courses to colleagues mining their persona, enrollment history and interest. Integrated recommendations using multi-armed bandit based architecture to personalize each user’s experience. Recommended courses got a click rate of 40%.
Developed Sentiment Classifier on feedback reviews. Performed multilabel classification of the reviews into one of 16 categories and extracted top words for category and sentiment so that management can get idea what areas we are doing well and areas that need improvement in the HR processes.
