CURRENT PROJECT NAME: ARMS - ERP
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with Power BI. Connected Power BI Pro to Amazon Relational Database (MySQL database) to build interactive dashboards and provide analytics. Queried database using SQL. Queried database and exported results in any other file format e.g., CSV for data analysis using Python, Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI. Work with software development team to embed dashboards into the web for easy access by end users.

PROJECT NAME: ARMS – Salary Survey of IT Professionals in Ghana
- Designed questionnaires for a salary survey dubbed (Salary Survey of IT Professionals in Ghana). The purpose of the survey was to give a general overview of the salary ranges of IT professionals in Ghana. The salary survey was conducted to find the benchmark of how much salary other IT companies in Ghana pay. Conducted exploratory and explanatory analysis as well as inferential statistics to find salary distribution amongst IT professionals in Ghana.
  Served as the team lead on this project.

PROJECT NAME: Ecommerce Platform
- Designed questionnaires for the viability of an eCommerce platform. Conducted exploratory and explanatory analysis to find the impact of COVID 19 on individuals and businesses in Takoradi. Performed statistical analysis which accessed the viability of an e-commerce platform. Reported findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

- Used HERE Map Creator to detect changes in different geographical regions around the world. Normalized and corrected erroneous data which kept the database consistent and clean. Scraped data on relevant POIs (point of interest) provided by the client. Analyzed data on the progress of the project for strategic decision- making.

PROJECT NAME: Sales Simulation with AnyLogic
- Scraped sales data on electronic products from amazon and other websites. Conducted sentiment analysis and data analysis on customers' reviews and rating data using Python, Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
  Simulated the success of the product using customers ratings and reviews. Simulated past sales and predict future sales using ratings and reviews. The project was simulated using AnyLogic.

SIDE PROJECT: Expresso Churn Prediction Challenge
- Expresso is an African telecommunications company that provides customers with airtime and mobile data bundles. The objective of this challenge is to develop a machine learning model to predict the likelihood of each Expresso customer “churning,” i.e., becoming inactive and not making any transactions for 90 days.
  This solution will help Expresso to better serve their customers by understanding which customers are at risk of leaving.

SIDE PROJECT: Loan Default Prediction Challenge
- SuperLender is a local digital lending company, which prides itself in its effective use of credit risk models to deliver profitable and high-impact loan alternative. Its assessment approach is based on two main risk drivers of loan default prediction:
  1) willingness to pay and 2) ability to pay.
- The objective of this challenge is to develop a machine learning model to predict if a loan was good or bad, i.e., accurately predict binary outcome variable, where Good is 1 and Bad is 0
