Data Analyst

• Analyze large scale complex data to design and develop meaningful Procurement
Business insights to help in business strategy.
• Work very closely with Functional Managers/ Stakeholders on different data related
projects to bring out more and more data insights
• Design and Develop interactive Dashboards based on client's requirement
• Develop different KPI dashboards, scorecards to project KPI growth, de-growth and
detailed level analysis on same.
• Develop dashboards which are going to be used more as applications and less
as reports (e.g.- Worked on to develop a vendor data matching tool, primary use of the
same would be to increase of savings and maintain discipline within the plants)
• Co-Own/Lead the team with Data/BI Architecture implementation, by bringing new
suggestions on tools or new ideas to the table
• Work on All KPI operations to prepare different Excel Datasets which are used
by Clients for Negotiation and Analysis Purpose
• Train customers on each release of dashboards/tools to bring in ease of comfort in use
• Mentor junior team members on all existing area of work as well as new projects
and thus help them develop their skillset

• Preparing Sales Dashboards, Scorecards and Trackers on daily,
  weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Managing historical data and preparing dashboards and decks for Month and Quarter Reviews.
• Preparation of sales Analysis Dashboards Plant, Zone, Model wise qty. with PPM(parts per million)
• Created Incremental refresh on the datasets in the database as well as in PowerBI
• Prepare and Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly report Dispatch & Quantity for Market Quality Department
• Analysis Ad-hoc reports within required time to maintain SLA & meet client expectation as 100% quality and complete within TAT
• Preparation of Portfolio Dashboards Region, Segment and Model wise Sales for -Commerce , MTD , YTD with penetration% for Decision making
• Dedupe Project: Duplication payment testing of invoices of accounts payable Fraud Detection and Developed Dedupe Control ship Dashboard
