Data Governance Metrics & Reporting
- Analyzing and research on data governance processes, standards and best practices to derive and propose new metrics to measure data governance adoption
- Consultation to data and analytics team in Power BI development - Data Modeling, ETL, Data Warehousing, DAX Measures, Calculation logics, Pseudo quereis, mock up screens, visualizations type, paginated reports, dashboards.

- Conducted metrics audit on 214 existing metrics and reprioritized to align with group strategic objectives.
- Restructured 40+ Reports and Database to measure value added metrics.
- Increase metric target achievement by 40% by identifying and validating critical metrics.
- Implemented new change management process for data governance metrics and reporting.
