Have been lived in two different countries and worked with many nationalities have given me the opportunity to understand and learn how to work with different types of people which I find pretty interesting and exciting. Associate Business Analyst - Camms - (2022)

Analyze and understand client requirement, queries or issues assigned and take over elicitation.
Create wireframes and specifications.
Communicate the requirements and assist the Development and QA team.
Perform BA and QA testing.
Following up on clients and creating Change Request Specifications.
Assist in managing the client ticket count, getting updates and progress from the assigned team members.
Managing the articles of the offered reports by updating and cleaning up the system.
