Lead all efforts with the Product Management to identify, define, refine, anticipate and prioritize product requirements and suggest effective and practical solutions.
Deploy adequate requirement analysis methodologies and tools to decompose complex business/product requirements into atomic features.

Senior Consultant - KPMG for IT Advisory Service - (7th November 2016-16th October 2020)

Study the business processes and end user requirements of a client company by inquiring the users at different levels via interviews.
Review of business blueprints, configuration documents done by the implementation partner against the business processes and study the current system and identify the process Gaps of the current system with the Business requirement and business strategy.
Business Process Re-engineering and conduct presentations to the clients on change management upon re-engineering the business processes.
Assist in transferring the knowledge to the developers and carry out functional testing of the systems developed.
