Job description

Business Analyst, Global HUB and Core Banking Support  - HSBC - (July 2020 Present)

  • Ensure compliance with HSBC Group company policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply within Sri Lanka and in relation to the countries migrating work to the GSC.
  • Conduct System Acceptance Testing (SAT), raise defects and ensure system stability prior to UAT
  • Assist the Business Analysts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with defect resolution & attending to system related queries from business
  •  Produce project documentation such as Terms of Reference, Document of Understanding, etc
  • Generate periodic project status updates to the Business and Management
