Associate Technical Lead - Open Banking Team - (May 2021 Present)

  • Providing technical guidance for the Open Banking Accelerator team for Open Banking 3.0 release.
  • Analyzing the performance of each component and improving the implementation to achieve 75% better throughput.
  • Mentoring 6 Interns & 10 Junior Engineers working in the team.
  • Swagger Schema Validation upgrade to support header validations and better error handling (For WSO2 API Manager)

Senior Software Engineer - Open Banking Team, WSO2, Sri Lanka - (May 2021 - June 2019)

  • Won the Sustained Outstanding Contribution Award from WSO2 for the work done as a Senior Soft- ware Engineer in 2019.
  • Overseas software consultation in London, United Kingdom. Implementing and deploying Open Banking UK Specification and achieving Open Banking compliance for the client bank within the regular-tory deadline.
  • Contributed to the Gateway Accelerator by implementing the Executor Framework and Request Routing mechanism.
  • Implemented Transaction Risk Analysis and Fraud Detection according to FCA and RTS Requirements.
