System Engineer IT - Virtusa (Pvt) LTD - (October 2021- Present)

  • Managing and resolving issues on perm - Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Working with DNS and DHCP consoles
  • Capable of resolving O365 consoles (Microsoft Exchange Azure Active Directory, MS Teams, Security, Endpoint manager) related issues and requests.
  • Commissioning and configuring Azure VM & AWS VM (Windows & Linux)
  • Working with Microsoft &  AWS Engineers to provide solutions
    according to the SLA
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis for frequent incidents to identify underlying problems and working with the L3 support team to provide permanent solutions.
  • Resolved Customer queries (Incidents and work requests) raised through ServiceNow process with zero SLA violations.
  • Mac support via JAMF Portal
  • Providing 24*7 Level 2 support.
  • Sharing KT session with Level 1 team to left shift the common issues.
