Specialist (Senior Engineer) - Operations Support System Architect - Dialog Axiata PLC - (November 2022 – Present)

Responsible for operation and maintenance of OSS consists of OWS platform and Inventory Manager and Workhub24 platform.
Provide support for application, system related matters experienced by users within SLA and coordinate with vendors to resolve them. Lead the organization business process related workflow development and deployment and manage changes.
Play the solution architect role in process workflow development and develop new application and processes on OWS and Workhub24 platforms to cater business requirements.
