System Engineer – Service Desk - MOQdigital - Colombo - (April 2022 – December 2022)

  • Providing L1 and L2 support on a 24/7 roster basis to Clients based in Australia, New Zealand and Germany (60 Sites).
  • Attend to all the service desk inquiries and manage the SLA.
  • Provide technically feasible solutions (Level 1,Level 2) to clients within the SLA SCOPE
  • Experience in Cherwell Management System & Manage Engine.
  • Experience in Cisco Jabber.
  • Working with Windows Servers 2003 to 2019.
  • Working with Desktop Operating Systems windows 7, 8, 10 & 11.
