Quality Inspection - Quality and Evaluation Systems Teams Pvt Ltd (March 2021 – August-2021)

Responsible for Final quality inspection [FQC] for Generator products as per the site work instruction.
Approve finished products to match customer specifications, by conducting visual and required tests per FQC documents. Reject and return product back to production for changes, if required.
Review record history created during product assembly line through EDHR software for quality check.
Maintain product tracker to record the products inspected and list of products rejected under failure analysis report (FAR).
Authorize shipments of the products passing quality checks.

Calibration process engineer - Quality and Evaluation Systems Teams Pvt Ltd (October2019 - March 2021)

Calibrated around 1100 electrical, electronic, mechanical, and dimensional tools and equipment's for Wipro Gehealthcare (X-ray Division).
Performed maintenance and calibration by comparing support equipment to calibration standards for greater accuracy to detect variations from performance specifications.
Managed and scheduled all on-site and off-site calibration events before the expiration of tools.
Maintained data trackers and Master calibration list for the whole site.
Scheduled calibration activities with the supplier by complying them to calibrate with ISO requirement.
Ensure all customer's equipment are calibrated on timely manner and adjusted frequencies as needed.
Follow-ups with the supplier for the calibration certificates and maintaining documentation.
Ensure all the certificates are NABL or OEM certified and verifying as per acceptance criteria.
