Setting KPIs for all departments by coordinating with relevant HODs and top management in the appointed clusters.
Define all the KPIs of each department and follow up and guide each department to overcome their negative KPIs by appointing a special development project to each negative KPI.
Identify performance gaps and assign resolutions by coordinating with department heads.
Guide all department-responsible individuals to update KPIs in the system on time and coordinate with the IT department for the KPI dashboard.
Track/Monitor ongoing KPIs in each department and circulate results to Management.
Ensure all equations in the system are accurate and reliable.

Connect all the KPI across function, identify the connectivity need to be maintained to have control from technical level to operational, departmental KPIs and continuously develop /Follow Power BI database platform & display the operation KPI performance.
Consolidate of Group Operational Data (Industrial Engineering
Department Data) and developed dynamic Power Bi dashboard
Analyse Cluster wise Plant data, trend, develop and offer insights to management.

Prepare and review all quality related documents, Validation protocol and report.
Keep quality records & report for traceability purpose.
