Profile description

After what has been an incredible 12 +years journey in Talent acquisition, I decided to call on my long-cherished dream, of data driven and highly analytical approach in people science domain, chugged into reality breaking into Master’s in Data science with Northwestern University. Exploratory Data analysis (EDA) - Northwestern University

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the behaviors and patterns of telecom network dataset
  • Understanding the distribution, variations and correlations of multiple dimensions of the dataset through visualizations.
  • Generate insights and set up the groundwork for next level of modeling.

Individual assignment - IIIT Bangalore

Responsibilities: Build Autoregressive models

  • Worked on various datasets and learned smoothing techniques and measuring errors.
  • Check on stationary, non-stationary, ACF, PACF tests.
  • Developed simple auto regressive to moving average models
  • Derive various performance metrics like RMSE, MAPE, etc. on different datasets and optimize performance

Exploratory Data Analysis - Northwestern University

Responsibilities: Individual

  • Data Preparation: Doing all sanity checks like missing values, type of data, outliers, etc. ensuring data to be suited for model building.
  • Model building is done with defined target variable ,understanding which variables are significant in predicting the demand for shared bikes and validating against the assumptions of linear regression, etc.
  • Model testing is done to ensure how well those variables describe the bike demands

  • Managing a team of 6 recruiters ( AM & above) and responsible for end to end hiring and talent pipelines.
