Hub Analyst - Ikeja Electric - (December 2021 - Present)

Develop presentations, analytical reports and provide briefings on the performance of Business units and undertakings in the company.
Analyze and monitor DT and feeder faults to proffer a periodic maintenance schedule for the technical team.
Provide a detailed Financial Analysis of Maximum Demand customers across the company base on collection efficiency(C.E), responsible for daily and monthly report generation of faults that have been dispatched, worked upon and ensuring the fulfillment of TAT and SLA’s.
Carry out weekly and monthly analysis on TAT, SLA, FTR to drive the efficiency of the technical team.
Identification of competency gaps on the fault clearing crew and ensure they are mentored/trained to the level that will make them deliver based on the KPI (Key Performance Indication) and SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Operations Officer - Ikeja Electric - (September 2019 - December 2021)

Fault dispatch of reported customer's complaint to the field engineers using enterprise management tool IBM Maximo and CRM for prompt resolution of reported faults.
Ensure prompt fault clearing and restoration of power equipment (Feeders and Distribution Transformers) within agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
Responsible for spooling report on CRM and IBM Maximo, analyzing and maintaining operational data, device an improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency for optimal analysis.
Administering of Business Support Application (Soft tools) (called I.E force and CRM) use for Fault ticket creation and Work Order by technical team for optimal performance of technical operations Primarily responsible for dispatching all Fault Clearing.
Assisting to provide data for business impact analysis, data cleansing with a view of presenting reliable data that help management decisions.

Teko Project and Logistics Nigeria Limited Maryland Lagos, AMERICA TOWER CORPORATION (ATC) - (April 2016 - July 2018)

Design strategies to reduce incidents that can cause injury, hazard and other unsafe conditions that may affect staff safety in the company.
